On this lovely Sunday morning we are giving you four wonderful reading opportunities. Listed below are two articles and two websites to start your week with an intention of gratitude. Grab your cup of coffee, grab your blanket and cozy up for some inspiration!
My new favorite website is filled with all things regarding the power and practice of grateful living. Articles, poems, a word of the day, an online journal and online courses are only some of the offerings of this inspirational site. One of my favorite things? The ability to send a gratitude e-card to your friends.
An oldie but a goodie. Founded by Deepak Chopra, chopra.com is a wealth of information about mindful living, meditation, ayurvedic health, spiritual health and more. The recent article on how to develop a gratitude mindset is worth the read this morning with your coffee.
3.6 Wellness Experts Share Their Go-To Gratitude Practices
Writer Kelly Burch published this fantastic piece on Healthyway.com. She states “It’s clear that having a gratitude practice is important, so we asked six wellness experts how they incorporate gratitude into their lives.”
According to the website, the “Greater Good Science Center studies the psychology, sociology, and neuroscience of well-being, and teaches skills that foster a thriving, resilient, and compassionate society.” The articles, studies, courses and especially The Greater Good Magazine and Greater Good In Action provide a wealth of inspiration and science based education and real life practices on all things gratitude.
