The month of November is a great time to develop a gratitude practice. With Thanksgiving on the horizon, the spirit of the season seems to set the tone for gratitude. There are so many ways to be grateful every day. One of the best ways to do this is through journaling. If you already keep a journal, maybe this month will spark some added mindfulness to your gratitude practice. If you don’t have a gratitude journal, now is a great time to start one. I will post my own gratitude findings every day this month. I hope you read along and begin your own gratitude practice. Come along for the ride and let me know what you are most grateful for every day – I know we can inspire one another.
